BEETROOT CORN CUTLETS
1 Small grated beetroot
2 Small potatoes
Few corn kernals
Pinch of zeera powder
Pinch of garam masala powder
Salt to taste

METHOD
- Boil potato and corn kernals in pressure cooker for 3 whistles
- Smash the boiled potato and coarsely grind boiled corn kernals amd put aside
- Wash and peel the beetroot and grate it
- Now mix potato, ground corn,grated beetroot with zeera powder, garam masala powder and salt.
- Mix well and make it into your desired shape, like I did in the picture. (the picture shows before frying the cutlet)
- Shallow fry them with ghee or butter.
