BEETROOT CORN CUTLETS

1 Small grated beetroot
2 Small potatoes
Few corn kernals
Pinch of zeera powder 
Pinch of garam masala powder
Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. Boil potato and corn kernals in pressure cooker for 3 whistles
  2. Smash the boiled potato and coarsely grind boiled corn kernals amd put aside
  3. Wash and peel the beetroot and grate it
  4. Now mix potato, ground corn,grated beetroot with zeera powder, garam masala powder and salt.
  5. Mix well and make it into your desired shape, like I did in the picture. (the picture shows before frying the cutlet)
  6. Shallow fry them with ghee or butter.
